WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
- Diagnostic fees are due at time of service (cash, check, selected payment apps such as Venmo).
The diagnostic fee is waived if we perform the repair.
Parts ordered require a deposit.
Your technician will explain all charges (parts and labor) thoroughly.
WHERE DO YOU GET YOUR REPLACEMENT PARTS?
We believe in using factory parts, over secondary market items that don't have the same quality or warranties.
HOW LONG DOES YOUR REPAIR SERVICE TAKE?
We use booking forms so that you can select the best time from our four-hour service windows. You can also tell us whether your repair is an emergency. Use this form.
